All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During busy periods like drops, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your shipping details.


2. Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

  • Domestic Orders: 5–10 business days
  • International Orders: 7–20 business days

Please note that these are estimates. Delays may occur due to customs, shipping carriers, or other factors outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. You’ll always see the full cost before completing your purchase.


4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.


5. Customs & Import Fees
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. ND Shirts is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. Shipping Information Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.


7. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems delayed or lost, contact us and we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue with the carrier.


8. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
