1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To qualify:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags and packaging must be included
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Items that don’t meet these conditions may not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Intimate items (such as underwear or swimwear)
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
3. How to Start a Return
To begin a return, contact us within the return window through our website. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status.

6. Exchanges
